Audience invited to contribute to the stakeholder debate with experiences and perspective from their own countries

9.00 Feedback and summary of the 1st day – Closure of activity on terminology

10.10. Mobility Session Part 1. Facilitated discussion in group sessions based on predefined topics and questions. Objective: Exploration and exchange of information. Focus on mobility terminology, data content and quality, international flow of mobility data, „minimum” mobility data requirements, mobility data flow in EU, and interpreting and applying mobility data in HWF planning.

11.10. Plenary feedback on Mobility session Part 1, priority list of main issues


11.20 Mobility Session Part 2. – Facilitated discussion in group sessions. Objective: Input and initial suggestions regarding policy recommendations based on the discussion topics explored in Part 1. What EU level policy steps can be implemented with what goals and reasoning?

Please find here the Draft Agenda of the next workshop of Work Package 4. Andras Weber, our Project Coordinator, is waiting for the confirmation of your participation: weber@emk.sote.hu 


The location is in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where we expect to have lively discussions with you on the most crucial terminology and mobility issues that are of interest to Work Package 4.


We begin at 9.00 in the morning on Thursday the 6th March, so please arrive the day before, on the 5th March to Utrecht, and on Thursday please arrive on time to the venue! The workshop closes the next day, on Friday at 15.00.  


A practical information document is also available for your convenience. 


We shall publish a Final Agenda soon as well as the pre-reading material that will support you to prepare for this workshop.
